Shipping Claims

Fedex/UPS

Damage Must be reported within 15 days from delivery date.

Damage Fallout Must be reported within 15 from delivery date.

Loss Must be reported within 30 days from ship-date.

Intelligent Technology Solutions Delivery Service/LTL Carriers

Damage Must be reported within 15 days from delivery date.

Shortage/Fallout Must be reported within 15 days from delivery date.

Loss Must be reported within 30 days from ship-date.

Customer must sign an exception at time of delivery, noting any shortages or damage. If the

customer does not note any exceptions at the time of delivery, the request will be denied and

Intelligent TEchnology Solutions will not be held responsible.

Ship Method/Terms

a) Prepaid / Intelligent Technology Solutions Approved Carrier: Intelligent Tecnology Solutions is

responsible for freight charge and filing claims with carrier.

b) For 1) Collect Shipments; 2) 3rd Party Billing Shipments; and 3) Shipments made Via Carrier

other Than Intelligent Technology Solutions Standard Carriers: Customer is responsible for all

freight expenses and for filing all claims with carrier.

Customer must report issue within timeframe allotted. If the issue is reported has passed the

carriers allotted time, the request will be denied and Intelligent Technology Solutions will not be

held responsible.
