Intelligent Technology Solutions' Infrastructure Operations and Management Service is a two-step support solution specifically designed to address the costly, often unwieldy task of IT administration and management across your enterprise.

  • Develop master software configurations 
  • Install the configuration in a pilot environment 
  • Test and demonstrate the environment. Perform all required deployment tasks at your site 

Step 2: Infrastructure management support to help you plan and implement a comprehensive, automated IT management solution that addresses the following key issues:

  • Software image management: The solution performs remote software distribution and administration for both desktop and mobile PCs; automatically manages changes, updates, patches, and service packs; and automatically configures new PCs introduced into your existing environment. 
  • Virus Protection: Centralized management capabilities allow for implementation of comprehensive individual and group anti-virus policies. 
  • Remote access and help desk support management: Your users enjoy remote access from the PC client environment to your internal help desk or corporate service and maintenance group. 
  • Fault monitoring and management: Ongoing performance monitoring, fault identification, problem resolution, and fault notification are automatically provided for within the PC client environment. 

These services use a number of core technologies including Altiris for PC deployment, configuration, and software distribution; Trend Micro for virus protection and monitoring; Carbon Copy for remote access and help desk support; and HP open view for fault monitoring and identification.   • TCO Snapshot - a quick-and-simple estimate of your costs and a comparison with industry benchmarks to help you gauge potential cost savings.
  • TCO Assessment - measures your actual ownership costs; compares them with industry benchmarks; and identifies solutions you can implement for TCO relief.
  • TCO Analysis - provides in-depth consulting services that pinpoint cost-intensive problem areas and outline a comprehensive service solution; this multi-week engagement focuses on understanding the following cost drivers and their specific TCO impact in your environment: hardware and software procurement; support; management; development; telecommunication; downtime; end-user costs.
