• Disaster Recovery Planning Services—Intelligent Technology Solutions designs, evaluates, and implements disaster recovery solutions from proven technology. We understand the effects of disasters, whether natural or man-made, from a financial, technical, and operational standpoint. We protect your investments through solutions that are effective and reliable.

• With the Disaster Recovery plan, customers can restore their entire software environment including operating system, applications, and data. This plan includes daily backups on dedicated digital linear tape backup systems, customer access to offsite backup media, restore instructions for backup media, and documentation of hardware environment to assist in restore process. In addition, Intelligent Technology Solutions maintains relationships with site vendors to provide warm or hot site disaster recovery facilities. Disaster recovery facilities are not in the scope of the Intelligent Technology Solutions engagement and must be contracted directly between the customer and a disaster recovery alternate site vendor.

• High-Availability Services—High-availability services help companies reduce their downtime and enhance the value of their investments in technology.

• Remote Database Administration Services—The family of Remote Database Administration (DBA) Services includes Detect, DBA, and DBA for Applications. 

• Backup and Restore Services—Backup and Restore Services guide clients in determining and implementing the best possible backup and recovery solution approach. The Data Center uses a tens of-tape rotation backup system. Every day, each customer's data is backed up to tape. Tape backup is also subject to integrity testing, where the tape is tested to be certain the backup copy was made successfully. The tape is then brought off site to a secure location. These daily tapes are rotated every 30 days, and each month a full and complete backup is performed. These monthly tapes are stored offsite for the life of the customer's contract.
