Remote Monitoring
At the heart of the PRINTSolve solution is the Data Collection Agent (DCA), a software application that Intelligent Technology Solutions install on our customer’s printer network to remotely monitor and analyze usage and workflow. It reports critical data back to us, enabling Intelligent Technology Solutions to forecast and refill consumables levels, schedule regular maintenance, and troubleshoot problems so that our customer’s network stays up and running.
