Remote Monitoring

At the heart of the PRINTSolve solution is the Data Collection Agent (DCA), a software application that Intelligent Technology Solutions install on our customer’s printer network to remotely monitor and analyze usage and workflow. It reports critical data back to us, enabling Intelligent Technology Solutions to forecast and refill consumables levels, schedule regular maintenance, and troubleshoot problems so that our customer’s network stays up and running. It also enables us to recommend critical software and hardware upgrades when they near obsolescence.

DCA Benefits:

  • Quick and easy, one-time installation – No hardware to install
  • Collects critical printing device data and sends the information on a pre-determined basis to our centralized database
  • Allows users to log into our custom PrintFleet web interface to view and analyze their data, or set up automated service alerts, reports, maintenance flags, and meter exports
  • Provides just-in-time supplies replenishment and quick, proactive service when our customer’s print environment isn’t performing at full efficiency
