How does it work?

• The PRINTSolve Optimizer powered by PrintFleet is printer-vendor agnostic data-collection-agent software that is installed on the on your network. The software provides low toner alerts to the PRINTSolve platform. The software is safe to use with over 70,000 devices using it with PRINTSolve. 
• The software provides updates on the toner level and Intelligent Technology Solutions ships toner when levels reach a specific threshold.
• Each toner is labeled with the specific machine identification information so the customer knows exactly which machine the toner is for when it arrives.
• We send you one invoice per month for all the toner we shipped

What support is available? The members of our dedicated team, with decades of managed print experience between them, are available to answer questions and help you get started. We have technical support to help with installation of the DCA software.  We have a web portal that can provide you with visibility to the toners shipped, per printer, and tracking information.  The portal also shows you which specific machines are being monitored. If you buy a new machine, you can easily add it to the program.

What if I want on-site repair service? PRINTSolve offers nationwide on-site break/fix in a variety of service levels and response times. Break/fix service can be easily quoted and added to the agreement.

What if I am interested in a printer refresh and/or Document Management? PRINTSolve - Agile Print is just one of many managed print solutions offered by PRINTSolve. Your PRINTSolve specialist can design the appropriate solution based on a comprehensive assessment. We offer everything from legacy fleet takeover to a full fleet refresh composed of new hardware placements acquired via purchase or lease.
