Intelligent Technology Solutions Services has staging centers worldwide to provide expert staging services in managing systems. Integrating the equipment prior to shipping to your locations minimizes any possible disturbance of the environment at the installation site, and it significantly reduces the risk of DOA components or incomplete shipments to our customers. Components are accurately prepared to final accepted specifications using information contained in a customer-specific information repository. By following and implementing this model, Intelligent Technology Solutions, Inc. is able to stay within the parameters of the implementation methodology and maintain set installation schedules to help ensure the success of the project.

Our Staging and Configuration Centers assume complete responsibility for receiving, configuring, testing, burning-in and shipping of all remote site equipment. An Integration or Process Specialist works closely with our assigned National Project Manager to fully understand and document all aspect of the integration process as specified by our Field Engineering or Consulting Engineering teams. The Integration Specialist will then train and provide first level support for the Intelligent staging team. Each team has a team leader who is responsible for the completeness and timeliness of all work performed for Intelligent Technology Solutions’ customers.

Component Staging and Configuration
Intelligent Technology Solutions assures complete responsibility for receiving, configuring, testing, burning-in and shipping of client systems. We work closely with the client's technical staff and equipment and software vendors to design a highly complementary process for configuration and staging of these systems. We attempt to reduce the risk at installation by integrating as much as possible at the staging facility. Our company also identifies opportunities to automate certain software loading and configuration functions through our software-enabled processes and integrator's workbench product series software offerings.
