MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This program offers all parts and labor necessary to restore malfunctioning used equipment to proper operating condition. An Intelligent Technology Solutions Maintenance Agreement reduces the risk of costly downtimes, helps coordinate national coverage, centralizes the repair process, and puts a ceiling on yearly repair costs. Under this program Intelligent Technology Solutions offers the following contract options:

• Standard one-year term on used equipment contracts
• Next-day repair, same-day diagnosis/next-day repair, and same-day repair
• Standard or extended hours of coverage.
• Parts-only option
• Labor-only option
• Service technician or systems engineer labor.
