   WARRANTY UPGRADE CONTRACT

This program offers an easy way to upgrade the manufacturer warranty to best meet individual service needs. This service reduces the risk of costly downtimes, centralizes the repair process, and allows your clients to cover multi-vendor solutions. Options for this program include:

  • One, two and three-year terms 

  • On-site service 

  • Next-day repair, same-day diagnosis with next-day repair or same-day repair

  • Standard or extended hours of coverage 

  • Multi-vendor upgrades

In addition, the service technician or systems engineer labor option upgrades the manufacturer’s warranty from depot or on-site repair/best efforts fix to on-site repair/next day fix of on-site repair/same day fix for a period of up to three years. Equipment covered under this option must still be under manufacturer's warranty to qualify.
