SPARE HARDWARE INVENTORY

Intelligent Technology Solutions has access to multi-million dollar parts inventory in several strategically located regions to meet our clients' mission-critical requirements, where the inventory is managed by our partners. 

If the necessary component is not available from our partners inventory, Intelligent Technology Solutions' purchasing staff will source the part.

Intelligent Technology Solutions maintains a spare hardware parts inventory under a Service Level Agreement. These spares include parts for Plotters, Printers, PCs, Servers, such as hard drives, extra memory, and servers that are fully assembled, burned-in, tested, and ready to be put into a production environment in the Data Center. In the rare case of a component-level hardware failure, the entire server is replaced and then loaded with the customer's existing hard drives. This procedure enables the customer to be back up faster and results in less downtime than diagnosing the server while it is in production. Intelligent Technology Solutions maintains also spare parts for plotters, printers, and network components by maintaining this spare parts inventory and using this procedure, Intelligent Technology Solutions can keep customer applications highly available.
