This program provides certified service technicians to perform a variety of services on a time-and-material basis. This service reduces the risk of costly downtime, centralizes the repair process, and allows clients to pay for services as they are preformed. Under this program, Intelligent Technology Solutions offers the following contract options:

• Standard or extended hours of coverage
