WARRANTY EXTENSION CONTRACT

This program extends on-site repair/next day fix or on-site repair/same day fix coverage on new equipment for up to two years following expiration of the manufacturer warranty. Warranty Extension contracts are very similar to a Warranty Upgrade, except that a Warranty Extension contract covers a new equipment for a period of up to two (2) years immediately following the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period. Because the age of the covered equipment is known with certainty and is thus more reliable, claims costs are lower. This allows Intelligent Technology Solutions to offer pricing that is approximately 30% less than Maintenance Agreement coverage. Under this program Intelligent Enterprise Solutions offers the following contract options:

• Coverage on out-of-warranty products for the first two years following warranty expiration.

• On-site service

• Next-day repair, same-day diagnosis/next-day repair, and same-day repair.

• Multi-vendor extensions.

• Service technician or systems engineer labor.
